Prime Technology Ventures is a leading venture capital firm with offices in Amsterdam & Cambridge. We take a proactive approach to investing, and try to locate companies in our focus areas with very high potential. We focus exclusively on three segments of the high tech industry: Software Infrastructure & Applications, Wireless and Data Communications. Our investments are targeted at Northern Europe; some of our investments include Tridion (the Netherlands), Pulsic (UK) and Spirea (Sweden). Our typical investment size is $3 million to $5 million. We presently have over Euro 120 million under management. Most of our investments are in early stage or growth stage companies. These companies often use the investment cash to build and grow their sales and marketing efforts, expand internationally, recruit & complete the management team etc. These are also the areas in which we proactively help our partner companies operationally. Our philosophy at Prime Technology ventures is to work hands on with the management team to add value in building great companies. We take pride in syndicating with other value add investors to help our portfolio companies and take a very active role in helping find these partners.
