Dr. Andre de Waal recently carried out research that focused on Management Information and the role of IT within High Performance Organisations (HPO). At first sight the results were dissapointing: Management Information and IT seemed to have little impact. But a more detailed study into the results showed that they played a key role in companies that were excelling.
